100+ Women Who Care – Madison
Meeting Sponsorship Opportunity

Dear Business Owner / Community Partner,

I am reaching out to ask if you would consider sponsoring an upcoming quarterly meeting for 100+ Women Who Care – Madison, a women-led philanthropic organization making a meaningful impact right here in Dane County.

Founded in 2014, our organization is built on a simple idea: women coming together to create powerful local change. We are now approximately 225 members strong and meet four times per year. In just one hour, our members collectively donate over $20,000 to local 501(c)(3) charities serving Dane County. One of our defining strengths is that 100% of member donations go directly to the selected nonprofits.

Each meeting includes:
• Three member-nominated charities sharing brief presentations
• Member voting
• $10,000 awarded immediately to the selected nonprofit
• Remaining funds distributed between the two runner-up organizations

Sponsorships help us provide a welcoming environment for our members and offset meeting expenses such as refreshments, venue costs and audiovisual needs. Sponsors are acknowledged at the meeting and in event communications as valued community partners.

Ways to support include:
• Sponsoring a quarterly meeting
• Providing a financial or in-kind donation

If you would like more information or to secure a future meeting date, please contact Pam Klein (pamelaklein31@gmail.com) or Rhonda Adams (rhonda@riverfoodpantry.org).

Thank you for considering partnering with us to elevate the impact of women giving together and help local organizations serve their communities. We truly appreciate businesses that invest in community generosity.

With gratitude,
100+ Women Who Care – Madison
